Two forms are used for submission of Panel data. The Standard Form is for all species on the list not categorised as 'Less Scarce' or as 'Non-native', for both of which categories the Less Scarce Species Form should be used.

The forms are also available as MS Word templates for filling in on screen. There are templates of single Standard and Less Scarce Species Forms; these can be completed and emailed or printed and posted to the Secretary. The final file should also be downloaded as it contains some tips about using the templates. The instructions normally printed on the backs of the forms are not present, but can be obtained by downloading the files above.
